Oven repair

I’m pretty handy, so if there’s anyone out there who can give tips or walk me through this, I’d be so grateful!

I recently bought a “new” oven from an estate sale where the older woman had barely used it. I mean like it’s brand new and electric by the way. Really clean.

However, the issues arise when I preheat the oven it automatically goes to like 190°. And cooking anything in the oven takes forever. I’m going to assume that it’s a heating element? Or maybe a thermal coupler?

I’d have to really watch and see if it heats up red to be the heating element. I feel heat within the oven, I’m just not sure what is going on.
