CA Foundation & RTMNU exams clash – need genuine advice

I have my CA Foundation exams starting from 18 Jan, and RTMNU Sem 1 exams from 20 Jan. Three of my papers are clashing. I heard from a senior that sometimes colleges allow some solution (exemption / later attempt / adjustment), so I went to my college today. Since it’s winter break, they told me to come again on 5 Jan, and honestly I don’t even know if anything will actually be possible. I want to ask:

Has anyone from RTMNU / Nagpur colleges faced a similar clash with CA exams?

Is there any real chance of exemption, postponement, or some internal arrangement, or should I assume I’ll have to manage both?

Also, worst-case scenario, if I have to give both CA Foundation and RTMNU Sem 1:

How do RTMNU papers usually come? Do PYQs help a lot? Is it manageable to pass with smart prep in limited time?

I’m decent at studies, just extremely stressed because of the overlap and lack of clarity. Any practical experience or honest advice would really help. Thanks.
