Issues with voice chat

Never had a problem until the new update. Now I can’t voice chat with my kids, even though we have all made sure our settings are right. Everyone’s settings is set to chat with friends and team mates. My kids can chat together when we’re on a party, but they can’t hear me and I can’t hear them. It’s not my headset as I could randomly speak to teammates on the prison escape map?? Any ideas?
