23F, wasted almost 8 months after college, now i need to get a job!

After college, I couldn’t figure out what exactly i wanted to get into (I’m a journalism graduate), I feel so stuck, I’ve a few internships experience till march 2025, after that i have this huge gap in my resume. Now i feel like i won’t get any jobs. I’m already very introvert, anxious and under confident person. Also, its not that i did not try at first, I tried to get into HR field, through one internship but ended up leaving it, because it felt so overwhelming ..to just cold call people all day for 10 hours straight. I was miserable, tired but couldn’t sleep at all at night. Now I cant even use that as my experience. I’m so stuck now, how do i get a real job!!?
