How fast to see inflammation benefits?

CW 180, 40F. I would like to lose the 20 pounds I gained after partial hysterectomy (long story), but I’m also very interested in the anti inflammatory properties since I have MCAS/dysautonomia type symptoms. I’m only 9 days into shots. How long did it take for you to begin to lose weight and if you did, see the anti inflammatory benefits? A lot of the posts I have seen have been so quick into starting. I want to keep hope. Thank you.
