Craftsmen & Mechanics!! I need your opinions!!

Okay , so my guy is a very hand gear and grit mechanic and Craftsman. I am trying to find him a very nice multitool. And yes , I already know most people would suggest just letting him pick it himself , but I do plan to keep the receipt or to make sure it's refundable if he would per something else , I want it to be a surprise.
