Having performance issues. Related to a patch?

So Ive been playing ZZZ on and off since launch, usually redownloading whenever I get the fancy. The last time I seriously played was in patch 2.1. With the news of 2.5 I decided to redownload (and hopefully catch up with the story lol) but things have not been good. I redownloaded the game last week and immediately noticed stuttering from inside Random Play, which made me hesitate from actually playing. I tried lowering my graphics and the like and while it helped it didn't resolve the issue. Once this new patch came out today, I def knew something was up, as the special login animation was essentially a slide show. And during my few pulls, that animation was also slow and stuttered. Same with gameplay when I tried the agent demos. Most menus work fine, but anything with actual models suffers from the slowness

Before last week I never had a problem playing the game. Was it due to a previous patch after 2.1? Any help?
