does Nouvelair strictly enforce the rules of carry-on luggage?

i'm going to Tunisia tomorrow, I'm allowed a 55x35x25 cm suitcase weighing 8KG

and a 40x20x15 cm bag/backpack weighing 2KG

i wanna know how strict they are, like if your suitcase is 8.2 KG or your backpack is 10 cm wider
