High hematocrit

Hematocrit came back at 55.8 on 120mg test fished a 600 test around oct 20th and was on tren and deca a month before that. Read that rbc have a lifespan around 120 days. Never had issues with hematocrit on just trt so I’m wondering if it could still be elevated from the blast?
