Grind to LVL50

So long story short. Finished the game, got bored and decided to delete everything and start over. Funny enough this is my first time starting a crew (never thought much it before). Anyone want to join me on the quest to 50? Brand new crew, starting out at Level 1. So it‘s gonna be a grind.
