Benzo/Xanax Prescription

How can I get a benzo prescription in Egypt? I have severe anxiety and OCD, diagnosed by a psychiatrist but he won't give me anything other than stupid fucking SSRIs that don't work and I wanna feel good for once. I want something to help me when I'm suicidal from the anxiety and panic attacks. If anyone has a prescription for benzos (like xanax or any others) please tell me which doctors prescribe them or if there is another way to get them (idk i dont fucking care at this point).
