How do I create an Aqara app automation that has different brightness depending on the time of day?

I just bought some Matter Govee lights and an Aqara FP1e presence sensor.

I can see the new hardware in the app. In the app I created a Scene to turn on both lights at full power and a second Scene to turn both lights off.

I made a basic automation to turn the on the lights via the Scene when presence is detected and a second automation to run the Off Scene when presence isn’t detected for 5 minutes.

Is it possible to have it bring up the lights at a fraction of brightness early morning and late night?

Also, for bonus points if I want a mid-day nap is it possible to temporarily disable the automation?
