Should I restart?

Hi guys, I am an LW1 veteran and just got a PC to reliably run XCOM2. I started LWOTC on Commander. It’s early July and I think I am doing pretty well on tactical level right now with Predator and lasers on everyone. Although I might have screwed up strategy level.

I have 4 regions right now

1st I liberated really quickly (early April I think) 2nd I happily rushed with liberating it too which I now see was unnecessary 3rd I started a liberation chain there too, but only now I start seeing that I probably shouldnt. It has F2 V13, HQ assault mission which I don’t start and does not spawn anything else. 4th (I think I got a resistance contact reward from a mission) has F4 V6 or smth, and as soon as I switched region 3 to hiding and this region to Intel, it spawned a Datatap retaliation with a Chosen.

I think I should have delayed second liberation for much longer and for sure shouldn’t have start a chain in the 3rd region. Also made other minor errors (too much Nano vests while Hazmat are better, lots of wrong bonds, a couple of bad troop builds etc.)

Do you think I should restart? I am not getting good missions and Resistance Comms are probably more than a month ahead (need power relay, excavations etc).

Also for the 1st region - do you liberate it asap or delay?
