Freecash offer tracking lost?

On the early morning of Dec 28 (1am PST) I saw on Freecash that there was an offer for “Solitaire Bounty IOS”, CAD 36 (bonus) Cashback for 19.99$+ deposit in 1 day. I downloaded the app through Freecash, and deposit US dollar $20 in it (that cost me Canadian dollars $28+, qualified for the bonus).

I saw the game in my Freecash offers “started” a while. But after I played games, and played other game also, I came back Freecash, found the game was disappeared from my offers “started”.

In these three days I keep contacting Freecash customers service. Today I finally got a human support, and he told me the tracking was lost, and he can’t do anything.

I don’t know how the tracking can be lost! Did they just remove my started offer and refuse to pay me the promised bonus? If they can’t afford such small money (compared to their business), don’t promise it!

I really feel angry and frustrated at my experience.
