Deck ideas that include the Fallout Bobbleheads

The Fallout set added the Bobbleheads, and each one has an ability that triggers more depending on how many Bobbleheads you have. I wanted to see if y'all have any deck ideas, like a certain commander that allows me to play all of them in the deck and can either create copies of them or even their effects. I wanna try my luck with the Luck Bobblehead.
