Should I decline sellers partial refund offer?

I recently bought an Apple Pencil because it was titled and described as Apple Pencil Pro. But after reading the rest of the description I realized it said “because it didn’t work with my ipad.”Hence, this is where I got a bit suspicious of it being an apple pencil pro like it was listed.

Then I checked product description and it said Apple Pencil (2nd generation). So I contacted the seller (day of) to ask which it was, and (they responded later) it was the 2nd generation. They said they can offer a partial refund because they understand it happened because they used Apple’s preset options…but the part thats wrong was the part they would have had to type out themselves (I think? I have never sold on ebay). But It really could be just an honest mistake and I don’t want to hurt their seller reputation or whatever. My family is saying I should just try to get a full refund, but is that doing too much?
