Idk if she doesn’t love me or maybe smth else
So basically I’ve been in a four-year relationship that recently went into a kind of forced separation because of religious reasons, which I didn’t want but agreed to so we wouldn’t break up. Since then the way we communicate has slowly changed and it’s really affecting me. We used to text a lot, initiate conversations, have matching profile pictures, nicknames, affectionate goodbyes, and even agreed limits like talking once a month that actually helped. Over the past few months she’s unfollowed me, removed the matching picture, reduced our conversations to once a week or less, and now sometimes only likes my stories instead of replying, even when I post things like “I miss you.” She still has my name in Morse code in her bio and reassures me that she loves me when we talk, but the warmth, emojis, and lingering goodbyes are gone and it feels different. I’ve been under a lot of stress from exams and life and I honestly needed her these past weeks, but I’ve felt really alone watching her go online, like my messages, then disappear. I’ve also started overthinking everything — story likes, unlikes, online timing, even my friend acting defensive with his phone — and I’m scared that something is wrong even though I don’t have proof. I’m not accusing her of cheating and I know my anxiety might be filling in gaps, but I feel stuck between respecting her boundaries and slowly losing the connection that meant everything to me, and I don’t know whether to step back, speak up, or how to handle this without making things worse ive also noticed that nowadays she’s barely online and when she is online one of my friends is also online u might say its a coincidence but its happened to many times to just shrug it off if anyone has something to say let me know
