How would I go through with reporting a CP site?

I'm not a hacker or anyone with the skills etc of one but I do my fair enough digging on the dark web and ive gotten some drug sites shut down before but they were stupid enough to include their number in the info, but the CP site doesn't have much info on it and I do not know how to advance to reporting this to the authorities, anyone know how to?
