Is it ok to reprimand and tell a significant others' mom to get her shit together?

⚪ Other

So the individual (F38) whose actions are questionable ia a significant other to my male sibling 42. (not married, together about 1 yr).

Our mother is going through a divorce with our step-father. For context, everything is super fresh, like within the last week, a over the holidays separation. Huge blow-up, cops called, marks on mom, step-father went to jail, restraining order. So, my brothers girlfriend decides to call our mom and request for mom to give the trailer to them so they can give it to the soon to be EX-husband so he has the trailer to live in. Keep in mind this man has a job, vehicle and for the sake of minding our own business, we don't know whose name this trailer is under or if there is money owed or how property in the divorce will be divided, because it's none of our business, because it isn't our marriage. My mom tells me that the girlfriend starts going off on her, saying "this man needs a place to sleep!" and eventually told my mom, "You need to get your shit together!" and my mom just hangs up on her. Well not much later my other brother (20something), the youngest of us three, text her some not very nice things. I don't really know those details, but then the brother with the girlfriend starts fighting with our younger brother, so now my brothers are fighting. The girfriend is telling my brother that my mom asked for advice and my brother thinks what she did is ok, because he is now focused on being pissed off on our younger brother, he totally thinks she is justified in her comments. My mom insists she DID NOT ask for this advice and regardless, is get your shit together really advice anyways?

So my poll is,

Whether or not she asked for advice or actually needs to get her shit together, Is it ok to tell your significant others' mother "She needs to get her shit together!" ?
