Are there any parallels or mirrors between Sydney leaving Carmy in "Review" and Carmy leaving Sydney in "Goodbye"?

I think main similarity is that the person staying behind at the restaurant with the rest of the family is kind of devastated when the other one moves on, and the devastation is very personal, although both mask their feelings behind professional business talk about dishes and paychecks or debt and menu changes.
