First layer issues

I'm new to 3D printing and I'm having issues with first layers on my prints. I got an A1 mini less than a month ago and prints used to go great, but now I can't seem to get a proper print.

I can't tell if it's an adherence issue or a nozzle issue, I increased the bed temperature, slowed the first layer, cleaned the plate thoroughly and still it doesn't work. I don't think the nozzle gets clogged as the filament flows well during the flow calibration. Any input would be appreciated. Don't hesitate to tell things as if I was 5 years old since I'm very new to this
