JPDC Sea View City

Hello! I'm looking to buy a condominium unit to live in. I found out about this project Sea View City by JPDC.

Anyone familiar with the developer? Will really appreciate your thoughts/experiences kasi it seems for the price it seems a bit too good to be true.
