I have performance problem in dlc fight(HUGE SPOILER)

so after my lastest post I manage to finish the game with lowest setting on everything except resolution (1280) no dlc in my game atm

the game seem to run fine ,even the final boss have no effect on my pc performance but as soon as I start the dlc fight in my new playthough the stutter start to happened

the heaviest one happened to be in Choir fight where Psymaster playing piano and the deamon start attacking my RT have to protect him

even with lowest setting it stutter so much I have to turn my resolution down to lowest to manage to be playable

the another one happened during Lex dlc where you have to lower the bridge in a ship fight it stutter til the end where I recruited Solomorne

is it normal for these two stage to have performance problem? or it might be a bug?

I have window 11 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz ram 8gb I really love this game so I hope it was just dlc not my low end laptop lol thank!
