Tile that's not tile recommendations and thoughts

So I have a backsplash in a new kitchen that needs to be put up. It looks okay, but it's simply painted right now. It's about 32 linear feet and about 52 sq ft total. Is there a tile that one can cut with a razor blade that looks pretty good I could put up instead of a ceramic tile? I've seen peel and stick "Smart Tile" and PVC products out there.

If you've used it... does it look pretty good? Easy enough to put it up? Is it pretty durable?

I also don't hate the thought of putting up a new/different backsplash every 5, 8 or 10 years. Maybe another advantage to not using ceramic tile.

Finally, I'm not looking to get the cheapest shein tiles or whatever. A few steps up and recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks all.
