Throwaway Trade Home - Ability Patch

I'm so close to getting iron leaves with my partner but neither of us have an ability patch and I keep getting KO'd by attacks while they're fine. Trying to put unaware on my Skeleridge because that's the only difference.

Can anyone trade me a throwaway pokemon with an ability patch? We don't have Nintendo online so via home.
