Clogged ear, fresh tragus

I got a tragus piercing 5 days ago, and when I woke up at few days later I thought I was getting sick because my ears sounded like they were underwater. (Idk how this happened because I do clean my ears, maybe I pushed wax in by accident)

I used ear drops in the non pierced side and flushed it, and I want to know if it's possible to flush the pierced one as long as I clean the piercing site thoroughly afterwards, or if I should just wait until it's further along in the healing process to try it. I really wanna hear normally again 😩
