Nobody tells you about the diarrhoea

Everyone a tells you how physically sick and vomit you express. I know it's gross but we're all human. We all pop. I anticipated it would happen sometimes just not to the extent. I want to be candid so if anyone years from now can read my comment. I'm 32y. Average height and average weight male. P Pooping still seems like one of those turbo topics that not many people talk about even though it's obviously something that most if not all people do straight away and going through and stage cancer just make that simple biological function suck and there's now the way to put it so I guess I just want to try one people in some realistic ways of things they can expect to go through.

It doesn't matter if you're a man or a woman or anything in between we all have the same inside we will eat we'll drink and they shouldn't be anything to be ashamed about it. This might be a bit of a random post but i woke up thinking about it this morning and some of the other ways I've changed and like I said I know it's a great thing but I find the more I share the more that it might be able to help people in terms of knowing what to expect.
