Maintenance while on the Camino

Aloha ~ I’ve got about 40 pounds to lose. I’m starting Mounjaro the beginning of January. I would like to think I’ll be on a maintenance routine by September. Beginning September 16th, I’ll be walking the Camino (from France to Spain), and will be away from home for two months. Does anyone have experience with a maintenance routine, with Mounjaro, while out of the country for an extended period of time? Mahalo 🌺
