Meniscus re-tear?

Post 18 OP from a ACL and meniscus tear surgery. Knee gave way more than two weeks ago and locked.Visited the a&e, although the nurse said it's a knee sprain I believe it's a knee lock as I couldnt fully straighten. It got better with RICE protocol. Knee locked again earlier today. Is it possible I may have retore my meniscus??
