G7 failure chronicles

Sensor

Dexcom has replaced four failed sensors this month. Three died in under seven days. One was DOA right out of the box (Bluetooth never paired). They replaced all of them instantly/automatically as soon as I reported the failures inside the app. This is on top of two failed sensors they replaced in October. Occasionally I’ve read something about there being some hard limit on how many sensors they’ll replace but I haven’t run into it yet. Then again, I’ve never experienced this many failures in such a short amount of time. Hope it was just a bad batch. All the failed sensors were manufactured in Malaysia. The replacements Dexcom sent don’t indicate any country of manufacture at all.
