Anyone got a Shiny KB Pufferfush for trade

I'm slowly losing my mind from this dumb thing. I've already gotten the rest of the wind elemental set, but this damn Pufferfish refuses to be have both mutations at once. I've caught about 9 different fish that are Shiny KB, but no pufferfish. I just wanna get it over with and move onto the actual quests rather than this stupid thing.
