Bump on Right Side of Abdomen

Please help, I have no health insurance and I've been laid off work since Halloween :(

Details:

-32 year old causasion female

-115 pounds, 5 feet tall

-No smoking, drinking, drugs, kids or known allergies

-No prescription meds, only take a one a day women's viatmin + iron supplements every few days. No diagnosed iron deficiency, I just noticed I was very tired and started taking them off and on (tiredness went away).

This bump appeared on my right side about two weeks ago, does not appear to have grown. Feels moveable but not squishy. No pain but it kinda hurts after I've prodded at it a bunch.

Seemed less promient when it first appeared, I drank a bunch of water after seeing it the first time, but could be imagining that.
