Just got Momentum 4 a couple of days ago and having issues having it work on my W11 PC. It's fully connected, I see sound playing on the bars in the setting, but no sound is coming out. My other bluetooth earbuds work with my PC just fine, so I'm not sure what's the issue.

It was working fine when I got it, but today I'm having no sound coming out of the headphones when it's connected to my PC. If I connect it to my phone, sound plays fine.

Tried all the common solutions, like factory resetting it, unpairing, pairing it again, made sure to raise the volume on the headphones (I even heard the volume max sound). Looked through other reddit posts and none of them seem to fix it.

It could be a windows problem but I'm not sure what could be causing it, since my earbuds ( Sony WF-1000XM5) work fine.

Sound does work if I connect my headphones directly with the cable but I'd prefer not to use that due to the way my PC is positioned, I'd rather not get tangled with wires. I'd really like the wireless bluetooth to work properly. Does anyone have any ideas for a solution? I'd really appreciate the help.
