What’s happens when you really go a killing spree of unnamed NPCS [KCD2]

Yes, I know doing crime in villages will raise the tension levels. Having more guards and having the people there on edge.

But I’m asking if you keep coming back again and again and just keep offing the hired hands and such. Stealing everything not nailed down and vanishing into the night without anyone alive seeing you? No alarms given.

Will they eventually just stop spawning all together and the named ones leave, leaving the village a ghost town? I don’t want soft lock myself out of quests or something but enjoying raising my stats and just being evil.

Wondering if I will ruin the game or as a whole, nothing will change?
