Panasonic HC-V700 vs Sony HDR-CX620

Hi everyone! So I wanna buy a camcorder for my studying. But I can't decide between Panasonic HC-V700 vs Sony HDR-CX620. I think they're quite similar, but Panasonic has 6 megapixels and sony has 9.2. I watched test videos for both if those and i feel like Sony has better colours. Also i don't really like that both of those camcorders don't have a viewfinder (because I'm really used to it), but as i understand that's why they have nice quality and still quite cheap. I also have a Nikod d3200 which i used to shot on, but it's quite uncomfortable to do from hands. Also my choice is quite limited because i can only buy those camcorders second-handed and there's not many options for me out there. So i would really appreciate the help or other models suggestions!!!!
