I just want my life back

Got diagnosed with sibo back in September and was given antibiotics. Finished them in October. They didn't do anything. The stomach pain,cramps,discomfort,nausea,feeling of fullness are unbearable. On top of that I'm always alternating between hot/cold and dealing with fatigue,ringing in the right ear and loss of appetite Sick of of doctors dismissing my pain as IBS when I'm agony. Don't know how much more of this I can take.
