I love art, but i keep seeing artists better than me after one year (i have 10+ yrs of experience and a degree). how do i not feel awful?

Broke down crying bcs i saw an artist who, in ONE YEAR, got from beginner level to miles better than my art.

How am i supposed to cope with all my work being useless? I feel like atp i should quit but i just graduated with a fine art degree.

What do i do?
