Scent Decant Website samples

I recently got a few samples from this site called scent decant. One of the ones I got was Angel A*men and online people seemed to say it was a long lasting and strong scent, but based off the sample I don't feel that. Love the scent but I'm worried about buying a full bottle if ots not very strong or long lasting. Is there any chance they could have watered it down or something like that?
