Neck alteration top down raglan sweater

I have nearly finished knitting my Norma Sweater which is a raglan top-down sweater. I had reduced the length of the neck (1x1 ribbing) after reading a lot of people did the same thing on ravelry, however I am now regretting this and wish the neck was longer. Is there anything I can do/some sort of sweater surgery to add length?
