Got nothing better to do, so I might as well explain some of the series lore

Today I'll explain: WEAPONS!

Weapons are creatures within the lower streets that take the form of, well, weapons! (and other tools used to harm others)

weapons appear to those who are dying, and offer them a contract:
"in exchange for your humanity, and your sanity, I shall heal you, and remove all negative things, such as sickness from you"
"all you have to do is grab me"

but, in some cases, like our ✨main protagonist✨ if someone grabs the weapon before it can make the full contract, it invalidates the contract's negatives, like losing your humanity

but what does losing your humanity mean?
when you lose your humanity, your body transforms into that of a monster
these forms vary, but most looks like an animal of our world (which are almost all extinct in their world)
some end up turning into monster made of metal, with the type of weapon they made a contract with sticking out of their body (usually looking something like a unicorn horn)

those who made the contract are called "mutants"
those who grabbed the weapon are called "weapon holders"

but, there is one case of something different...
the "one true demon"
a weapon capable of taking form without a contract (the one it takes being very close to a human, bar the mask that replaces its face, and its impossible movements, that would injure the any human that tried to replicate them)
this same weapon is responsible for creating two of the strongest beings in the lower streets universe

those two are: Cherry and Elliot, the Bloodfiend and Shadefiend (in that order)

there are other things to talk about, like "Special class items" and "Keys", but those will get their own posts
