Headunit Reloaded exiting while using in city but working fine on highways

I am using headunit reloaded app in my car stereo that is Blaupunkt key largo 980. One issue I am facing is when I am driving in city or some small streets, reloaded app is exiting automatically. But when I am on highway it goes on without any issues. Any settings i need to change??
