I'm gonna be buying a ds lite from an fb marketplace seller. How can I tell if it's a reshell or original when I meet him?

The device seems to be in pristine condition from the images. He claims it's completely new and never used thus why he's pricing it high. I want to know if it's original and worth the price he's asking. Thank you
