What do male Western toilet users do when they gotta pee mid poo?

I usually don't have this problem as I use a squat toilet at home (like most South Asians). However, when I'm at office I have no choice but to use a commode toilet. For men, how does the logistics of peeing while taking a dump work in a commode?
