Noob questions about managing court.
-
I usually mentor my own children with my own court. Should I always be looking for mentors outside my court?
-
how do you get nobles in your court with high diplomacy or intrigue scores? From the intrigue screen I can use the options there to invite a priest or a steward but I don't see any options to recruit prospective chancelors or spymasters.

should I worry about setting up marriages for the members of the court? Can they get married without me arranging it?
-
should I ever arrange marriages for females in my court that aren't in my dynasty? Im pretty sure that doesnt do anything for me but have them leave?
-
what do I do with a daughter that I can't matrilinearly marry off? I usually will look to marry them to someone in England but usually there isn't any candidates. It seems like even if I marry them into a powerful family that they will be far away and unable to join my wars anyway so what's the point?

umm that might be it for now.
I'm playing as a duke in England (that is currently controlled by France) with the default gravelkind succession.
