I’m struggling to commit to just one girl?

✅ Open To Everyone

I’m currently 27, and have never been in a relationship. Truth be told, I’ve never really wanted one - I’m quite introverted, nerdy, and really enjoy my alone time. And I guess being single for all these years has made me accustomed to the feeling.

With that said , over the course of my early twenties, I’ve indulged in dating apps and have had my fair share of dates, hookups, situationships, and almost-relationships. But I could never commit to just one girl. I find myself constantly “shopping” on the dating apps for the next best thing, never truly satisfied with any girl I’ve been with, despite some of them being wifey material with everything a man could ask for. But in the back of my mind, I always asked myself….could there be more out there?

I understand that this “grass is greener” dilemma is rather common, and it’s a hurdle that I simply need to get over. But committing to one girl essentially means I’ll need to sacrifice all other options out there. And I believe that dating apps are a reason for this irreparable damage to my dating life, because whilst I may not be a Chad, I’d consider myself a decent looking guy that can get a few dates per week from the apps. And this has been both a blessing and a curse in itself.

There are days where I crave having a girlfriend, but also days where I love my own solitude, freedom, and the ability to just date and sleep around whenever I want to. I don’t want to sacrifice all other options yet, but I also don’t want to lose the women that I care so deeply for.

For the men/women who have found a cure to this mentality, how did you do it? Or have I simply not met someone that is worth sacrificing for?
