Can i file a counter case if somone filed complaint against me under senior citizen act stating that i dont take care of my mother and other false things like beatings etc without proof

Just want to know how to proceed legally to counter a case against them if they complained against me stating that i dont take care of my mother who is in her home town even though i take care of her by giving medicines,money,go to see her regularly etc etc. The locals supported me and also my mother gave a statement that i take care of her and give her money but the enquiring officers just left after asking her lot of questions. What would be the best way to counter a case against them since they put a false complanit against me.
