Do I have any other options?

Playing as Commonwealth of Man and planning to be a crisis since I've never done it before. Happened to spawn right next door to a fallen empire with a spiritualist kink. Somehow was awarded the Sentient AI tech without ever researching it and have since been declared war upon right in the middle of my first major war with a neighbor. Not that it would help since the single FE fleet is at over a million strength and my best fleet tops out at 130k. I'm playing with the mod that allows for Attack Moons.

Robots nmake up like 40 percent of my pops. The FE is about to take over my capital system and I can't even dent their fleet or threaten any of their systems. I think my only somewhat realistic option is to capitulate to the FE which will set off a purge in my population, I'm also about to get my last ascension perk which would allow me to take the perk that would allow for my fleets to bombard with the intention of collecting slaves and continue waging war on the rest of the galaxy while taking enough slaves to make up for the loss in population
