[Lotm V4] Question about 2 Peoples Appereances

So i was wondering about 2 Appearances which never really got explained afterwards (currently V5)

1. The Person coming out of Bansi Island after Mandatory Punishers investigated was described as having golden hair and dark blue eyes, but it was said that Medici was the one. Medicis Evil Spirit has red hair and was cooperating with Ince back in Backlund so that cant be. So who was that ?

2. In Vol4 Klein encountered someone with Raven Black Hair in the Spirit World or rather his gaze. Who was that ? I cant clearly remember the situation sadly, but maybe that describtion is enough :/
