Leadership Development Genre Publishing Help

I am an aspiring author trying to leverage a spot in the leadership development market. I am done with my manuscript, cover has been made, and I know editing phase is next.

I have ≈ 10,000 followers on LinkedIn to create newsletters and find beta readers to get feedback before self-publishing. I’m currently working to build influence on the other channels (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) but understand growth in my genre on those platforms will be slow.

What are some tips and costs I should know or invest in? I am writing with a lot of vulnerability and introducing frameworks to hopefully jump start a public speaking career to work in tandem with being an author.

I’m at the point where I’m proud of what’s been done but know the majority of the work still remains. Any help or tips are appreciated.
