What companies have a long treatment plan template?

I’ve personally avoided companies with really long treatment plans. When I interviewed with places like PBS, Goldencare, and a few others, I noticed their reports were way more drawn out than necessary. What made it stand out is that other companies under the same insurance plans didn’t require that level of documentation at all and were still compliant. It just felt like extra paperwork for no real clinical reason. What companies have TPs over 12 -17 pages?
